OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food or flowers), newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software/digital products, and certain health and personal care items.
We also cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurred after delivery.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include items with obvious signs of use, opened media/software products, items not in original condition, or items returned with missing parts not due to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at {email}. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability and the situation.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, since there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, clearance items, and promotional/discounted items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at {email}. If the exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return (once the item is received and inspected). If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original payment method of the gift giver.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, you must mail your product to: {return address}.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective item or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
